What I
actually do
Four things, done properly, by the person who builds the site.
Design
A site that looks like your business on its best day, rather than a template with your logo dropped in. Type, colour and photography are chosen for your business and your customers, and sampled from your real work wherever I can.
Build
Your site opens quickly on a phone with one bar of signal, which is where most people will see it. It is built from scratch rather than bolted together from off-the-shelf parts, so there is less to slow it down and less to go wrong later on.
Words
Every page gets a clear structure: a headline, what you do, the proof, and an obvious next step. You supply the words that fill it, and I shape and edit them so each page reads well and leads somewhere. I don’t write your business’s words for you — the writing stays yours.
Being found
Structured for local search from the first line of code, with real place names, real services and honest reviews marked up so Google can read them. The fundamentals done right, without a retainer attached.
You deal with the person doing the work, from the first call to launch.

How much is it?
£300 for my first 5 clients, which covers a complete website. A domain name is about £15 a year on top, paid to the registrar rather than to me. Hosting is free. All 5 places are still open.
What’s included?
A complete website, either one page or several, depending on what your business needs. Designed and built from scratch rather than assembled from a theme, with the pages, the photographs and the contact buttons all in place before it goes live.
Is hosting extra?
No, hosting is free. The only extra cost is the domain name, about £15 a year, and that is paid to the registrar in your own name so you keep control of it.
How long does it take?
Agreed with you up front, before anything starts. What usually sets the pace is how quickly you can get me photographs of your work and the details of what you do.
What if I don’t like the preview?
You pay nothing. There is no obligation. You see the whole site working before any money changes hands, so if it isn’t right for you, you simply walk away.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer: a deposit before launch, and the rest at launch. If your budget is tight, a split payment is available — just say so and we’ll work it out.
Do you work outside Northern Ireland?
Yes, anywhere in the UK. Everything is done remotely, by phone, email and WhatsApp, so where you are makes no difference to what you get or what it costs.
