I build websites for UK businesses. We agree the price first — £300 for my first 5 clients — then I build you a real site to look at. You only pay if you like it.
Nothing to pay now · no contract · hosting free
- The website
- From £300. A complete site, one page or several, depending on what your business actually needs.
- Hosting
- Free. Nothing monthly, and no margin paid to me to keep your own site online.
- Domain name
- about £15 a year, on top. Paid to the registrar in your name, so it stays yours.
5 of 5 places left
Why so little? I’m building up my portfolio. All I ask back is an honest Google review once you’ve seen what you’ve got.
How it
works
Three steps, and you only pay at the last one.

You tell me about your business
Fill in the form below — it takes about a minute. Or just text me if that’s easier.

We agree the price first
I’ll usually come back to you within a few hours to check a few details, and we settle the price before I start. No surprises later.

I build your preview, then you decide
A real website you can open on your phone, not a drawing of one. Like it and you pay. Don’t and you pay nothing, with nothing owed either way.

Questions people
ask first
If yours isn’t here, text me and ask.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one. You see the whole site working before you pay anything, so the risk is mine rather than yours. If you don’t like it, you say so and we leave it there.
Why is it only £300?
Because I’m building up my portfolio. £300 is my rate for my first 5 clients, and in return I ask for an honest Google review once you’ve seen what you’ve got, and permission to show your site in my work. All 5 places are still open.
What do you need from me?
Photographs of your work, and the details of what you do and where you do it. That’s usually what sets the pace — the sooner I have them, the sooner you see your site.
Are there any monthly costs?
No. Hosting is free, with nothing monthly and no margin paid to me to keep your own site online. The one extra cost is a domain name at about £15 a year, paid to the registrar in your own name so you keep control of it.
How do I pay, and when?
By bank transfer, and only after you’ve seen your site and told me you want it: a deposit before it goes live and the rest at launch. If money is tight, a split payment is available — just say so early.
I’m not in Northern Ireland. Does that matter?
No. I work with businesses anywhere in the UK and everything is done remotely, by phone, email and WhatsApp, so where you are makes no difference to what you get or what it costs.
Rather just talk?
Ring me, text me or send a WhatsApp. It’s the same conversation, and you’ll get the same free preview at the end of it.
